Returns

As the many items shown on this website are supplied directly from manufacturers stock, we regret that we will be unable to accept returns for products that are simply 'unwanted' or 'unsuitable'. We try to select and package the products as carefully as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition, however if a product arrives damaged, faulty or with defects we will replace it free of charge, or provide a full refund (as appropriate). In this case, you MUST contact us within 3 working days if a product arrives damaged.

As many products listed on our site are manufactured from natural products (timber, slate, granite, marble, etc.) you must be aware that natural variations and colour and finish must be expected, and are not regarded as faults. These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Please return damaged goods to the registered address of Cracking Designs within 2 weeks of delivery.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange;

Refunds

Most furniture, which is made or altered, is done so specifically for you. Once furniture is ordered from our collections, or you order made-to-measure products, your order may not be cancelled by you. Once delivered no furniture may be returned nor will we provide any refund unless it is defective or has been accidentally damaged in the course of delivery. Once made-to-measure products are ordered, your order may not be cancelled by you.
